My father-in-law, who is recovering from his first bout of chemotherapy, asked me last night to make a birthday card for his wife's 70th birthday today. I remember reading old post cards he used to send to her when they were dating and thought this would be a nice romantic gesture on his part. So I thought I'd go with a flower of some sort. And to my pleasant surprise, my new Indie Art cart arrived in the mail today and it couldn't have arrived at a better time. I used the butterfly (my favourite) cut at 1 3/4" and the rose at 4". I just love how the card and matching envelope turned out!
